David DiMatteo joined the firm in 2006.  He is an experienced litigator who has tried cases in both District and Superior Court. He also regularly resolves matters through negotiated settlements and alternative dispute resolution procedures. Additionally, Mr. DiMatteo is actively engaged in the firm's appellate practice and has successfully helped defend several summary judgments and verdicts on appeal.

Mr. DiMatteo is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the North Carolina and Mecklenburg County Bar Associations and the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys.
