David M. Harmon

For over twenty years, Dave Harmon has represented large and boutique insurance carriers, self-insured entities and their insureds under commercial general, specialty, construction and personal coverage lines. His work carries him throughout North Carolina’s state and federal court systems.

Dave also advises individuals and growing businesses in matters of non-competition restriction, libel and slander, subpoena response, government investigation, and other business operational issues.

He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, and is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of North Carolina. He is also a member of the Mecklenburg County Bar Association and the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys.

Away from work, Dave enjoys family time, reading science fiction and thinking about exercising.
